Appointment Policies

According to our policies, Jyl Craven Hair Design recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon. In order to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policies

Every effort will be made to confirm your appointment two days in advance. In some circumstances, it is not always possible to contact a client directly. Sometimes a message may be the only option.

We want to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability. We ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling.

Service Policies

If you’re unhappy with any of our services, for any reason, we’ll happily perform whatever service(s) necessary within two weeks of the original service to guarantee your satisfaction.

Products

If a product does not leave you satisfied, you may exchange it for another product. Returns must occur within two weeks of original purchase. No more than 25% of product may be used. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on make-up items, brushes, special accessories, discounted items, & Gift Cards.
